Marriage Equality Guide

Just in case there are people stilled confused why same-sex marriage is Constitutionally protected, here's a marriage equality guide you can share:

• Marriage is a personal and/or religious expression (1st Amendment).
• States can pass civil marriage laws (10th Amendment).
• Laws enacted by the state must be applied equally (14th Amendment).
• The Supremacy Clause prevents any state law from trumping federal law.
• Allowing a group to express themselves freely within the law does nothing to inhibit others' Constitutional rights.

With this, Republicans have no choice but to get on board. Marriage equality is the only remedy that is supported by the U.S. Constitution.
