Is the GOP only for Christians?

The current GOP leadership just doesn't get it. RNC Chairman Reince Priebus posted an image on his personal Facebook page noting the Christian Easter proclamation "He is Risen". HUGE problem. 

You might notice GOP.com at the bottom of the image. The GOP, in this post, is endorsing Christian doctrine.  While it is perfectly fine for Priebus to make this comment personally, by adding the official GOP website he made it all of our business. The Republican Party is a political organization which is supposed to represent ALL Americans. While the Republican Party protects freedom of religion, organizationally it must never elevate one religion over all others, which Priebus did.

We support all Americans of faith and wish Christian individuals well as they celebrate Easter. However, the Republican Party needs to be secular. Secular does not mean anti-religion; it means unbiased by religion. Individuals may be religious, not government or political parties.
