Kathleen Sebelius: HHS Secretary Works for Someone Else

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius doesn't feel she works for people who want her to resign in the wake of the incompetent rollout of the Affordable Care Act...If this is the case maybe we should stop paying her salary............

In all seriousness, this is a good example of how politics is getting in the way of doing the right thing for the American public. Partisanship has replaced civil service.
